Do you provide lots?

We usually have a few lots available for purchase but we can also build on your own land within the Tri-Cities area.

 

How long does the building process usually take?

Seven to eight months is our typical build when using one of our Gretl Crawford Signature home plans. This includes time for permit submittal and bank loan approval. Our selection and finalization process is not more than 2 - 4 weeks.

Do you have floorplans available?

We have several Gretl Crawford Signature floorplans ranging from 2,100 sq. ft. up to 5,000. Signature floorplans include garage layouts ranging from a 2 car to 3 car plus RV.

 

Can I choose my own interior finishes?

We have pre-selected Gretl Crawford approved selections that are updated quarterly based on changing trends and styles. If you’ve ever seen a Gretl Crawford home or if you’ve been inspired by one of our photos then you are sure to love our ever-current design options.

Do you do remodels?

We do not offer remodels at this time. Our focus is and always has been on new home construction.

Do you build custom homes from scratch?

We take on 1 -2 custom home projects from scratch per year. Our focus is shifting to turning our previously custom home plans into our signature offerings.

 

What should my expectations be for my level of involvement?

We have taken the guess work and stress out of the building process. You will have 2 - 3 meetings after you have chosen the floorplan that is right for you and your lot.

We have done all of the hard work for you and you will choose from our current palette of designer selected finishes.
